During the 2011 breeding season I utilised two of Revelwood Warmblood Stud's finest imported mares via embryo transfer (ET) using their 'designer foal' option. My first breeding used the imported, licensed and performance tested Oldenburger stallion Quando-Quando (Imp) (Quattro B x Akzent II x Matador) with Revelwood's imported Elite Hanoverian Mare, E.M. Revelwood Highlite (Imp) (His Highness x Grundstein I x Black Sky xx). This combination of breeding resulted in a beautiful, black colt I named HPW Quaser RW who is being retained and considered as a stallion prospect. If deemed suitable, Quaser will be presented for colt selection with the AWHA Ltd in 2015/2016, pending maturity and preparedness for selection.
My second breeding used the licensed and performance tested Oldenburger stallion Diamond Hit (IFS) (Don Schufro x Ramino x Welt As) with Revelwood's imported Oldenburger Verband Premium Mare, V.Pr.St. Revelwood Daylite (Imp) (Donnerschwee x Sandro Hit x Karon). This combination of breeding resulted in a dark brown colt I named HPW Dunham RW who is also being retained and considered as a stallion prospect. If deemed suitable, he will be presented for colt selection with the AWHA Ltd in 2015/2016, pending maturity and preparedness for selection.

Highlite is the dam of Revelwood Melodie 2008 (pic above left) by Magritte, Revelwood Starlite 2009 (pic above middle) by Smash Hit & Revelwood Symphonie 2009 by Smash Hit. These 3 fillys are now broken in and are showing amazing movement under saddle. A superb mare with a valuable influence on our breeding program.
His Highness
His Highness was the unchallenged winner of the Hanoverian licensing in 2002 and was sold for the price record of 515,000 € to Leatherdale Farms/USA. Since that time, he has confirmed his reputation as an exceptional stallion. Despite his high demand as breeding stallion, he started his career as show dressage horse under the training of Klaus Balkenhol. In 2005, His Highness won several riding horse performance tests and later dressage performance tests up to elementary level and was placed ninth in the final of the Federal Championships of five- year old dressage horses. At the Danish licensing in 2005, he was proclaimed champion of the five-year-old dressage stallions. He was champion at his stallion performance test in Prussendorf in 2003, receiving a total score of 149.24. His outstanding quality was rewarded with the dressage index of 155.04, the highest score in this class. His Highness also knows how to please with his progeny: many offspring from his first two foal crops were chosen for the Verden auction program and were awarded champions at many breeding shows.
Hohenstein
Hohenstein is a gorgeous black stallion who has an incredible breeding and competition record. He became premium at the licensing in Neumünster in 1993. In 1994 he was Reserve Champion at his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf with a total index of 134.05, winning the dressage section and became rideability champion with 148.29 points. In 1997 Hohenstein presented the champion of the stallion licensing. In 1999 he was proclaimed an Elite Stallion and in 2002 he became stallion of the year and his son, His Highness, became champion of the stallion licensing in Verden. Hohenstein ranks #7 in the dressage index breeding value of his Hanoverian daughters in the Hanoverian Yearbook of Stallions 2005. Hohenstein produces horses of superb type, beauty, conformation and dressage ability.
Donnerhall
Donnerhall is the most successful dressage horse in the world and looks back on an exemplary career. He managed like no other sire of his generation to combine success in breeding and in sport alike. In 1986 Donnerhall was the German DLG Champion in Hanover. After many wins in Grand Prix, Grand Prix Special and freestyle classes at International level he became German champion in Mannheim with his constant rider Karin Rehbein in 1994, team world champion and individual bronze medal winner in The Hague. This was followed by another climax in 1997: Team gold and individual bronze at the European Dressage Championships in Verden.
In 1998 he was once more included in the German world championship team and with Karin Rehbein was a member of the gold medal team in Rome, where he attained fourth place in the individual results. Donnerhall won the World Cup European League, as well as being the Oldenburg dressage stallion of the year in 1997 and 1998 respectively.
Grundstein
The G-Line is reknown as the most important and famous producer of international performance horses in the world both in dressage and jumping. In dressage, these horses are household names: Gifted, Grundstein, Grunox, Gigalo, Graf George, Girogione and Goldstern. Grand Prix and Olympic jumping champions include Gladstone, Everest, Gaylord, Genius, Grand Plaisir, Grandeur and Top Gun.
Goldfisch II is the focus of the important horses of this line, primarily through his influential descendents Grande and Gotthard. The famous Grande, who was at stud for 25 years was noted for the performance success of his offspring. With Graf, by Goldfisch II from the jumping side and his Duellant mother, Grande combined the best in dressage and jumping bloodlines.
Three Grande sons achieved great fame as sires. Galsritter developed into a producer of jumpers of international class. Garibaldi II sired the U.S. dressage champion Gifted as well as many show jumpers and Graphit sired the well known dressage sires Grundstein I & II. Grundstein I competed very successfully at Grand Prix level and was the leading sire in the FN rankings among stallions in the top ten percent of their age group in both jumping and dressage from 1988-2000. Graphit also produced Grannus, a top jumping stallion with lifetime earnings of well over five million DM, who in turn produced seven Olympic hoses and more than 60 approved stallions including Graf Grannus, the 2004 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year.
Black Sky xx
The elegant English Thoroughbred, Black Sky was imported to Germany in 1972. Black Sky stood at the private stud of Schmidt-Ankum. Black Sky’s progeny include the great Bolero (pic above) who is the founding sire of the well regarded ‘B’ line.

St. Pr. St. Daireen' sire is Donnerhall, is the most successful dressage horse in the world and looks back on an exemplary career. He managed like no other sire of his generation to combine success in breeding and in sport alike. In 1986 Donnerhall was the German DLG Champion in Hanover. Dam's Dam Sire: 11 MAY 1979. Grundstein I (DE ) was the top 10 German Stallion 1994. Sire of Gemenei, winner 1993 German Professional Championships. Sire of many top showjumpers. Grundstein I (full brother) was the top all breeds sire of dressage horses in Germany 1978. Grundstein II sire Graphit was the sire of Germany's leading stallion 1992 Grandsire of Grand Slam (World Cup team) Grandsire of Top Gun (International showjumper) Grandsire of Visa Pilot Z who sired Gottard Grandsire of Propilot (studbook Zangersheide).
Grundstein II's dam sire, Sermon's sire Senator was grandsire of Olympic dressage horse Slibovitz. Grundstein II completed his HLP in Medingen, Germany, in 1982.
Grundstein II is the dam sire of five approved full brothers Blue Hors Romanov (Rohdiamant/Grundstein II/Akzent II), Rubin Action (Rohdiamant/Grundstein II/Akzent II), Rubino Vincente (Rohdiamant/Grundstein II/Akzent II), Rubin Royal (Rohdiamant/Grundstein II/Akzent II) and Rumicello (Rohdiamant/Grundstein II/Akzent II). He is also the sire of the imported and now deceased stallion Grand Kavalier (Grundstein II/Rosenkavalier/Angelo xx).
Ethnicity: Graphite is considered in retrospect probably the most important breeding Grandes son. He left 17 approved stallions, 244 registered mares and about Ledger. 500 competition horses, which earned him a prize money of offspring in the meantime (1990) over 900,000 DM. Even if it its outstanding sport horse in its balance sheet is missing, perhaps, his Beschälersöhne are among the best in Germany: eg Graf Spee, general, and of course Grannus foundations I and II are highly successful foundation sire. Cornerstone mother is a daughter of Sissy Sermon I, who runs the blood of the great Hanoverian jumping stallion and stallion line founder Senator. Sissy also brought the foundation sires I, which acts today as a Grand Prix dressage horse and sire in the U.S., and the full sister Gotenfrau, which provided the stallion Ramiro As. The grandmother St.Pr.St.Gotengold was probably one of the best daughters of the legendary Gotthard, the other in 1990, twelve years after his death, with a progeny winnings of over 2 million DM is still undisputedly the most successful Hanoverian stallion since the war. A full brother is the Gotengold Goldberg, nor from the first, came largely ignored years of the Gotthard and only four years covered in Westphalia, before he even entered 1969th Among his descendants were few with Gaylord and Golden Gate two of the best jumping horses in the seventies; 445 000 DM lifetime earnings are for him and his children until 1990 making; etc. He is also father of the young mother Vererberstars Gold Rush II (Almox Gazelle).
Inheritance: The inheritance seems to be the cornerstone II focuses enforce than jumping horses (1990 rank 11 in his year group). In this division was in 1989 Germa 56 with several wins and placings M-(6-year), the most successful. The dance brought PSISpringpferd Deutsch Ankumer DM 170,000 in auction ring. But in other disciplines were the cornerstone II children in conversation, such as Gibraltar 17 as a seventh-road Horse Championships 1989 in Mannheim 181 as granite or nine times (!) Winner material. Gratian was 1986 premium stallion at the Oldenburg approval, basic and fundamental Gold I Gold II (1990 stallion performance test 125 points) are from the temporary deck used in Rhineland-Palatinate.
